Your Own Custom Blog Signature

Have you ever wanted to add a custom signature to your blog to make your posts more individual and stylish?

I found a site that helps you do just that.

It's called MyLiveSignature.

I used their free signature-creation-wizard service to come up with the signature at the top and bottom of this post.

As they explain on their site, there are three ways to get your signature.

1. Imitate your signature yourself using our step-by-step signature creation wizard.
2. Imitate your signature yourself using our on screen signature draw widget.
3. Write your signature with a pencil, pen or a felt-tip pen on a sheet of paper, scan the sheet and let our designers create the signature by sending the scanned image via a special form (for a fee).

I used the step-by-step creation wizard, since I prefer not to use my actual signature.

The instructions are easy, but if you like, you can follow the MyLiveSignature Tour to show you the features of their service.

Be aware that some of their features, such as their animated signature, cost a fee.

When you're done, they provide you with ways to incorporate your custom signature into your blog, e-mails, etc.

You don't have to register at MyLiveSignature, but I did, so I could have a central place to store my custom signature/signatures for easy reference.

Services like this add a little fun to the blogging experience.
