More on Blog Headers

A while back I wrote two posts about my experiences with creating a blog header, one called Creating a Custom Header for your Blogger Blog and the other, New Blog Header.

Now, just for the fun of it, I'll pass on three great sites for creating custom blog headers.
  1. How to Make A Blog Header by Holly over at A Foothill Home Companion.  Her instructions are easy to follow and to the point.  Print her post out and go for it!
  2. How to Make a Blog Header by Kirsty Wiseman.  It's not the simpliest way to do the job, but sounds like fun.
  3. How to Design and Upload a Blog Header by Jo-Lynne at Musing of a Housewife.  There, you'll get the added bonus of learning how to create a blog button.
Enjoy!

As always great info. I'm having a sight built, but there will be times I need to up date and do stuff myself. This is always helpful...

I've been thinking about creating a blog header. Just haven't gotten around to really doing anything about it. Definitely will check out these links. You're always bringing us good tips, Margaret. Thanks!

Hi Cathy. Creating your own header is quite an achievement, and actually a lot of fun once you get the hang of it. Hope this helps.

I'll check out the one on how to do buttons! Thanks for the tip!

And BTW, TTQ gave a good profile on you this week. Congrats!

Hi Lui. Being a photographer has some great advantages when it comes to creating a one-of-a-kind header. Lucky you!

Thanks, Margaret. I just love your helpful posts about blogging. My blog will just get better and better!

Hi Rosi. I'm so glad sharing my experiences in setting up a blog is helping others. It took so long to figure all this out on my own that I'm hoping to cut the research time a bit for others just starting out.

This is awesome Margaret! I create my own and use my photo. I change it often too, depending on my mood :-)

Hi Icy. I'm often tempted to grab my camera and start clicking away, but as with other forms of art, I believe coming up with some of the beautiful photos you have on your blog take know-how and years of practice. Isn't it wonderful that you can share your art in this way?
